Sewing Trousers (online course)
Perfect for advanced beginner dressmakers, this course will demystify the often scary process of sewing trousers. With a beginner AND an intermediate pattern included, you’ll start learning how to sew loose-fitting trousers, before concentrating on getting a great fit during the capri-style trousers course. Focusing primarily on fit, the course will teach you how to construct trousers and diagnose fitting problems.

For the second year running, Royal Voluntary Service will be debuting GrandFest, the one day festival that celebrates talented older people and the heritage skills they can share with the younger generation. This year the festival will take over cafes, shops and museums in East London to run a series of master classes by talented older people, GrandMakers, all aged 70 years and over. These will be anything from bread making to crochet, dress making to jewellery workshops.

DIY Pom Pom Honeycomb
One of the prettiest decorations around, this creative class will show you just how easy it is to make honeycomb pom poms at home. This fantastic craft workshop will teach you the techniques behind making intricate pom pom designs, provide tips on how they can be displayed and discuss the ways colour choice can alter the final effect.

Crafternoon Cabaret Club goes PUNK
