We’ve made it to the summer holidays, makers! We’ve got a brand new issue of Mollie to accompany you on your travels or on your sunny evenings. This issue is our Community issue and is full of incredible designer-maker collabs, features about the importance of finding your tribe, and ways for you to continuing supporting small and supporting local.
We also announce the winners of the Mollie Makes Handmade Awards 2019 where we were honoured to meet so many amazing makers. It truly showed us just how amazing our community is both online and offline. So all that’s left is to pick up your copy of issue 109, subscribe to Mollie and become part of the ultimate online community, #molliemakers.

Issue 109’s free gift is this rather fancy little lion. Tag us in your lion pics on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
Meet Sam Marshall and Kat Goldin
In 109 we also met loads of amazing makers who are doing their bit for the community. We interview linocut printing expert Sam Marshall (and her dachshund Miss Marple) about fostering creativity, pay a visit to Kat Golding’s gorgeous farm, talk to Donna Bramhall about her textile business Haute Culture and let Sara Tasker take to the floor to talk about embracing the online community. There’s loads to read and we’re hoping they’ll all help you to feel like you’re part of the #molliemakers community.
Oh, and if you want even more farm content, Kat Golding will be taking over the Mollie Instagram account on the 9th August. Get your questions ready and give us a follow in preparation.
Your new wallpaper
This month’s issue had eight gorgeous and really unique prints by Molly Egan. There’s even a tutorial in the mag by Sarah Matthews that shows you how to turn the papers into three origami makes – if that’s not the ultimate collab we don’t know what is. Grab a copy of the mag to turn Molly’s papers into décor for your home. But before you do, you can download one of her illustrations for your new wallpaper here.
