Your festive gift
September = Christmas in the designer-maker world, so while issue 110 has some transitional summer-to-autumn projects and a few festive ones too, we thought we’d let the gift do all the Christmas talking this month. Artist and designer Suzy Ultman has created these fun characters into eight mini Christmas crackers just for you. There’s pom-poms, glittery paper and candy cane thread all included in the gift kit so you can give your little characters an added Christmas sparkle. How adorable would these looking peeking out of the Christmas tree or decorating the table?

Meet Wendy Lau and Jo Want
Issue 110 also takes a tour of Wendy Lau’s mid-century home which is filled to the brim with plants and boho décor. Wendy and her husband have transformed their former 1970’s home into a Canadian dream that’ll make you want to pick up a paintbrush and head to the garden centre ASAP. We also had a chat with the fab Jo Want about her sunshine-happy jewellery and illustrations which bring a smile to our faces every time we see them.
